I’m a US employee but I had a thought. Your employer had to register their entity with your government so it could properly pay taxes and be in compliance with the law. I would assume that you should be able to contact your government to complain. Perhaps this EU page on “How to make a complaint” will be helpful? Or something like that page but from your government?
