I don’t get how you can say “cruelty is the point” but when they agree with you it’s “divisive”? What about that is more divisive than what you said?
JFC stop being such a massive dick. Nobody attacked an entire country’s population. They’re saying this is not a singular instance of cruelty, that there are many other examples, which indicates that it’s probably a systemic problem.

As if America doesn’t have a long history of cruelty?
I’m baffled. You made the original assertion that “cruelty is the point” - which makes a lot of assumptions, right or wrong - but at the same time you seriously think this (Alligator Alcatraz) is just a one-off? And that pointing out that it seems to be a trend is divisive?
