Some rough math based on https://www.aircraft-commerce.com/wp-content/uploads/aircraft-commerce-docs/Aircraft guides/DASH 8 & Q SERIES/ISSUE63_DASH8FUEL.pdf suggests a Dash-8 100 series aircraft (similar passenger capacity turboprop plane) would burn something like 57 gallons on a 27 minute flight, assuming $4/gal results in $228 fuel cost

Trusting trillion dollar companies because they are within your jurisdiction is how the US became the US. A trillion dollar company cannot be legally controlled because it will buy out any controls you attempt to place on it. The only solution is to break the company up into entities of a size that is capable of existing within the law without becoming the law

Me 5 years ago: the mad max aesthetic is cool and all, but the relentless need for practicality in war equipment would prevent any group from evolving all these extraneous metal cages and spikes onto everything they use, so it’s a tad unrealistic
