    Yeah I always heard that before JFK all men in the US wore hats and that after JFK none did.

    This photo proves that to be a lie. 😆

      It’s seriously pretty surprising to me historically-speaking to see this photo. Look at a bunch of random photos from this period from 1st-world countries & similar and ~90%+ of men are wearing hats.

      Btw, I tend to think the JFK thing is fairly accurate for the USA. Once the 60’s got going with the bigger hair and all, the usual kinds of ‘society-safe’ hats just looked stoopid.
