      Not sleeping because you’re too stressed about the work you’re not doing, which you can’t do because obviously you need sleep you’re too tired to do the work right now. Best to set your alarm for 3am and you can do it before you start the day after some rest, its only just gone midnight youll be fine. Actually didnt you read somewhere that your sleep cycle is a 90 minute loop, so setting your alarm for 3.30 would be better so if you go to sleep right now itll be exactly 3 hours and youll come out the cycle sooner, just gotta go to sleep right now. Dont think about the work you’re not doing, because you’ve planned for that. This is good. Seriously stop thinking about thinking about it. Actually its nearly 1am now, so you should probably set your alarm for 2.30 because 4 might be too late. Just go to sleep now
