      It’s been 2+ years for me so my girls definitely didn’t just appear overnight (especially with my food struggles), but they’re for sure one of the few aspects of my genetics that I’m not angry with lol.

      I’m pretty privacy minded myself so I understand that, but if you feel up for it then you totally should :)

    It took me a long time to fight my negative self talk. Someone once told me I would never say any of the things that I say to myself to anyone else. And it made me realize they were right. I would never talk that way to anyone, so why am I using such harsh comments to myself??

      Funny that’s pretty much exactly what I discussed in therapy last week lol. I’m sure being your harshest critic is something that many or most struggle with. Thanks for the reminder to be intentional about speaking self-love <3

        That’s been a big one for me as well. Extreme negativity (actually more than that, extreme cruelty) towards myself, I’m a way I would never feel towards anyone else.

        Transitioning has massively improved that though.

    There are plenty of people that will be mean to you throughout your life. Don’t add yourself to that list.
