I simply cannot understand why anyone would want to stay in a relationship with someone who didn’t want to be with them. That sounds like agony for both parties.
Misogynists typically don’t believe that people born female have any kind of internality. If a woman (or sometimes someone they think might be a woman) just goes through the motions, it doesn’t make any difference, because that person’s internal life is totally unacknowledged by the misogynist.
