Absolutely nobody is perfect. And often enough, people don’t look because they themselves don’t want to be looked at and understand what that level of scrutiny feels like.

Suffering comes in many forms and it really ain’t easy to show or ask of it in a way that works for everyone, every time.

The help offered can only be hard work and poking in the dark for people hiding themselves very well, intentionally or not. And frankly, not many have that kind of willpower on either side.
