This is going to sound harsh maybe, but how do we break that? That kind of sounds like our current systems favor investment into advertisment over substance
Convince more people to start using more adblocks. I use ublock origin and sponsorblock(for youtube) on my PC. Not as sure what is available for phones. Adverts are a cancer on society! :D
I use Fennec (Firefox for mobile) on Android so I can use adblock and sponsor block there. That is a good point tbh
