At least personally, I don’t find this all that surprising. Windows privacy took a crash with windows 10 and given that I don’t trust it, I’m surprised people committing cyber crimes do.

Remove Windows. Should be a reflex reaction requiring no: thought, introspection, or doubt.
This is true even without this particular revelation.
Windows is the IE of OSes. What a waste throwing money at it.
