I’m not trying to defend Christian evangelism here because it’s annoying and harmful but I do have experience with Muslim friends attempting to convert me. More than a few actually. Certainly not as many or as often or as persistently as Christians and LDS and JWs but substantially more than never. I have no issues with most religion, but I do have a problem with evangelism. It’s just advertising by another name. Waiting for evangelismblock plus to go with my adblock plus.
Fair enough, I just haven’t run into it. I don’t even find the Hare Krishna’s, or Galung Fong at the airport annoying. They just ask for a donation. They don’t proselytize.
