Iran reached 60% at April 16, 2021 and the 10 days war started at June 13, 2025 that’s 4 years at 60%. Iran before the usa decided to start the illegal war agreed to zero stockpiling and diluting the stockpile back to 3.67% which proof the enrichment to 60% was simply to bring back the usa to the table of negotiations
