If the climate disasters and worldwide rise of nazism don’t convince you, notice: Harambe is dead, the US has never had a female leader, the authors’ name is Berenstain, and speach is spelled “speech.”

We can only hope that the fact we haven’t convincingly met extraterrestrials indicates the doom is contained to our planet. And even once humanity wipes itself out, and takes with it the creatures we know and love, Terra herself will continue, with new species of life arising to meet the new climactic conditions.
