Going to be giving a talk in front of several hundred people in my industry soon. Gave a preview to a small audience a few days ago and got really positive reactions.

Been really into running lately. I used to loathe running bc it just made me wanna die LMAO. But I’ve been regularly working out for about a year now, and when I went for a run on a whim the other day, to my surprise, I managed to easily(!!) finish 5k. It was really slow though (sub-50 mins I think), so now I wanna improve my speed a bit.

If you’d told me from 2 years ago that I’d go for a run 3x a week willingly, I’d think you were crazy lmao. Feeling quite proud of myself!

Running is rough when you first start you’ve done great going from sofa to exercise to running. It’s a total 180 from where you were and you can be really proud of yourself. Make sure you look after your knees running!

Recently started to look for a new flatshare as I plan to move in a couple of month and I just got a promising message from one of the ada for the first time, which is very nice :3

I’ve been really good about going for a daily walk and eating better. I feel healthier and stronger, and I’m really enjoying that.

After years of not being able to really work on computers I got over my … whatever was blocking me. In the past week I have set up my puppygirl piefed server, SearXNG, fluxer, immich, jellyfin and the arr stack and a host of other services for my petgirl friends group. It feels nice to be able to sit at a computer and be productive and feel good about it again!
