Onto the post itself:
In the same vein: something that made me think, is that when places try to ban ‘revealing clothing’, they’re not helping women to be safe. They’re moving goalposts of what is appropriate, and making those who wear just as normally (but now claimed to be revealing) seem like ‘valid targets’ for predation.
Banning it doesn’t help. People have been unkind to many gals regardless of whether they wore corsettes with enormous dresses and fluff, or whether they were nudists.
In similar vein, banning trans women from basic access to services such as toilets is also creating its own problems. It doesn’t help anybody; and it never will. It only creates gender polices and apartheid.
If a misogynist is so independent, then why fear women being assertive and happy?
Imho, sexual education shouldn’t just be mandatory for all early teens, but also explicitly discuss mutual consent in a calm spirit.
I was mostly thinking of reactionary schools, libraries, etc. in the West where they ban dyeing your hair, or not covering your shoulders, ban books (for discussing LGBTQ+ and feminist topics), actually.
Putting it up:

In a society that mandates all women wear burqas, the woman with the biggest eye slits is a slut.
