Worst part is that she could have sat on the ACB nomination for, like, a month and delivered the seat to a Biden nominee. Given that McConnell held a SCOTUS seat open for eight months in 2016, you’d think this would have been an easy win for liberals.

Feinstein is a dipshit and I don’t know if she wa being stupid or dishonest, but I take a greater issue that a Senator shouldn’t be expected to believe a SCOTUS nominee is telling the truth when they answer a direct question under oath.
I don’t recall those allegations, but I wouldn’t put it past either one.
I’m not very up to date with the Supreme assholes, but I believe Barrett’s issue was regarding Roe v. Wade.
She specifically said before being confirmed to the SC that Roe v Wade was settled law, and then later defended overturning it.
