“They’re all trafficking something,” said Rep. Randy Fine, R-Florida. “They’re illegal, so it’s only a question of what they’re trafficking.”

Fine argues that plate-tracking tools should be used aggressively if they help identify undocumented immigrants or criminal networks.

“Until we’ve deported every single illegal immigrant, without exception, we need to do everything possible to get them,” he said. “We need to find them, catch them, and deport them.”
