Crazy to say this isn’t being productive, just because you’re not getting yelled at by middle management or sucked into hour long office meetings during it.
Yeah, it definitely is being productive to get things done that either must be done or help your mental state.
I took it to mean the goal isn’t productivity, not that “puttering” isn’t productive.
Everything on the list sounds productive, just not performed under pressure or threat.
But sometimes it helps if you don’t think of them as Chores on a List
