Air pollution from cars is also making outdoors challenging. A lot of particulate emissions and microplastics come from car tyres too which EVs will actually make worse because they are heavier. Far better to replace a car with a bike or ebike.
The entire infrastructure in most countries needs changing unfortunately. We need trains, trams and buses everywhere and less and less reliance on cars.
