The doping part’s funny because science has not sufficiently progressed to close the “is female ejaculation pee” debate apparently. I don’t see the issue with a pregnant woman receiving cunnilingus and/or squirting. Mothers have a sexuality too. As a matter of fact motherhood and sex are related. That’s a rather interesting conclusion. Having the exact right conditions and daily cunnilingus would take enough effort to negate any performance enhancement effect it might have.
