    You clearly just have a bone to pick. You don’t even know why you’re mad at me. And you can’t even point out what was wrong with the first thing or how it goes against the second.

    You haven’t provided a single shred of relevant information to this thread and are literally just vibe checking whatever info I post despite it all saying the same thing. Muscle loss due to fasting can be mitigated with exercise. Cope and seeth.

      Fat goes first, muscle mass loss is limited to negligible and can be countered by exercise as I originally said.

      Your entire premise across the whole thread is patronising, incorrect, and actually harmful. I have left the majority of it alone because there is so damn much of it
