Tell that to the Christians. I’ve never been harassed by Muslims trying to convert me. The asshole hateful Christians come to my door, and don’t just leave their bullshit at their homes.
I’m not trying to defend Christian evangelism here because it’s annoying and harmful but I do have experience with Muslim friends attempting to convert me. More than a few actually. Certainly not as many or as often or as persistently as Christians and LDS and JWs but substantially more than never. I have no issues with most religion, but I do have a problem with evangelism. It’s just advertising by another name. Waiting for evangelismblock plus to go with my adblock plus.
Fair enough, I just haven’t run into it. I don’t even find the Hare Krishna’s, or Galung Fong at the airport annoying. They just ask for a donation. They don’t proselytize.
