I tell people that I wasn’t really a person until I was 19, because by god I was some sort of sociopath until then. It’s like my brain was turned off

Yeah. More than this I’d like to go back and be a better person next time

Well, if you are a dick as a kid, it’s probably a consequence of abuse or you are an idiot (but then you remain an idiot and never change).

Sometimes kids are just assholes. That kind of pathologizing is genuinely harmful

I wouldn’t hang out with young me; I couldn’t stand them. I’m glad they’re gone hahaha

My wife and I agreed that we wouldn’t have been friends if we’d met as kids. We’ve both come such a long way since then, now we’re inseparable.

    Gods yes!

While I’m a good bit older than him, so it would take time bending fuckery to make happen, I made a friend fairly recently that I think our younger selves would have had a blast together.

Shit, even with the age difference, I think we would have at least gotten along when he was 11, and my ass was already ancient (still in my twenties lol).

Hey, homie, you read this and find a time machine, we doin it!

In some ways your oldest most vulnerable self is your childseld, and that is what you share with those you truely trust.

Opposite. I wish I could have known my grandfather as an adult. He was pretty great.
