Kaja Kallas is one of the most prominent politicians in EU!
She is very often in the forefront on questions about the war in Ukraine and now also Iran. Apart from that she’s a goddam superstar in EU IMO.And this is in her area of responsibility.

A headline on European foreign policy assumes you have basic knowledge on that topic. If you have never heard of Kallas you don’t know one of the top figures of the EU and the one in charge of the EU’s foreign policy. Many don’t, but they are equally clueless. For those readers it is explained in the article. Do we also have to explain who VdL is in a headline?
