    Heres an interesting part “consensus appears that fat-free and skeletal muscle masses can be preserved, albeit to varying degrees by including both forms of exercise”

    What you’ll notice is that the study I linked contained the information I want to show. Not pointing out for any particular reason or anything.

      That really isn’t the flex you think it is, you didn’t read it or you didn’t understand it, did you? You even quoted the helpful bit above for me.

      It actually supports what I have said from the start, zero muscle loss is an impossible goal without chemical intervention.

        My point has always been that you shouldn’t be afraid of losing muscle mass while fasting to lose weight as losses are minimal and you can mitigate them. You’ve been arguing tooth and nail against me on this. To what end. Why call out my original source that says more or less the same thing as that article I quoted and that you’ve just admitted is what you agree with. What are you doing.

          Your orginal article is garbage, I also gave you the chance to back down from your moronic claims about zero loss multiple times, its this absolute rigidity about a topic you know clearly nothing about thats been your undoing.

          Your second article you tried to claim backed you up but actually backed me up. Perhaps if I posted in minion memes you might have understood quicker, my bad for not realising your level.

          You have argued in bad faith, about topics you know nothing about, endless projection, and are now trying to do the old switcharoo. If I was you I would be booking an extensive course of therapy because this behaviour is just embarrassing levels of self harm.

            You clearly just have a bone to pick. You don’t even know why you’re mad at me. And you can’t even point out what was wrong with the first thing or how it goes against the second.

            You haven’t provided a single shred of relevant information to this thread and are literally just vibe checking whatever info I post despite it all saying the same thing. Muscle loss due to fasting can be mitigated with exercise. Cope and seeth.

              Fat goes first, muscle mass loss is limited to negligible and can be countered by exercise as I originally said.

              Thats what you said, its so awful its tragic.
