I’m not saying it’s not AI but those look like normal bannisters to me. It looks “morphed” because bannisters have a maximum gap and stairs have a minimum/maximum rise and run. Meaning the bannisters don’t match which makes them land at different places on each step.
I’m not saying you’re wrong, but if that’s AI, we’re fucking cooked. I watched it zoomed in pretty far, over a dozen times. I wouldn’t be surprised if there was video editing, though.

For several reasons I don’t think that’s a real photo, mostly because doggo would instinctively rather go down hindquarters first.

This is really important for the dogs continued health. Going down stairs is particularly taxing on the hips of (small) dogs.
If I am taking care of my colleague’s poodle I got to carry 25kg of dog down 3 flights of stairs.
